Calls you can't answer on a roof
A homeowner has a leak after a storm. They call. You are forty feet up with a nail gun in your hand. It rings out. They call the next roofer on Google.
1BIG · built first for Orlando roofers
Leaks and estimate requests do not wait for you to climb down. 1BIG sets up a text-back for missed calls, one inbox for every inquiry, and a follow-up so quotes do not go quiet.

Where roofing jobs slip away
You are good at the work. That is why you are busy. The gap is the first few minutes after someone reaches out.
A homeowner has a leak after a storm. They call. You are forty feet up with a nail gun in your hand. It rings out. They call the next roofer on Google.
Someone fills out the form on your website. It goes to an email nobody checks. By the time you see it, they hired someone else.
You gave the estimate. Then the week got busy. Nobody followed up. The customer did not say no. They just never heard from you again.
How it works
Automation handles speed and organization. You handle the estimate, the insurance talk, and the customer.
When you cannot pick up, the caller gets one approved text from your company. It asks what is going on, so the conversation can start.
Calls, texts, and estimate forms go to the same place. Your team is alerted and the customer gets a confirmation.
Each lead has a status: new, contacted, estimate, won, or lost. Nothing depends on memory.
Ways to start
The price is on the page before the call, so the call can be about whether it fits.

Missed calls get a text. Replies reach you. No contract.
This is not magic. No guaranteed leads, rankings, or revenue. It does not replace a person who picks up the phone. It covers the moments you cannot. Nobody honest can promise you a number of jobs.
Beyond text-back
Both depend on your situation, so neither has a price on this page.
Instead of a retainer, you pay for qualified calls: real roof projects, in your service area, over a minimum length. We start with a short pilot. We define "qualified call," how calls are recorded and checked, and what happens with a bad call, in writing before anything starts. I cannot promise a number of calls.
Apply on the fit call
If you also work with property managers, HOAs, builders, or insurance-restoration contacts, cold email can open those doors. It does not suit selling single roofs to homeowners, and I will tell you if it does not fit.

What it looks like
This shows how one roof leak call could move through the system. The name, the messages, and the steps are made up to show the idea.
There are no client results to show yet. I will not invent any. When real clients exist, this section will show what we measured, and it will use a client's name or words only with their permission.
What we will measure and show:
Who you would talk to
I run 1BIG here in Orlando. I build AI and lead systems. When you book a call, it is with me.
We can meet at my office in Orlando, or on Zoom. I will ask how your calls and estimate requests work today. Then I will tell you honestly if I can help.
Questions before the call
No. A strong site helps you keep and organize demand from referrals, Google, ads, yard signs, and repeat customers. It cannot create demand by itself, and 1BIG does not guarantee a lead volume, ranking, or revenue result.
Storm season is when calls stack up and your crews are on roofs. The text-back reaches people you could not answer, so they hear from you. It does not answer their questions for you, and I cannot say how many jobs it will bring. You still call back and run the estimate.
The inquiry enters your pipeline, your team gets an alert, and the customer gets a confirmation by email. A text can also go out when the customer has clearly agreed to receive messages. Your team takes over the real conversation.
No. I set it up. When a customer replies, you see it in one place and answer from your phone.
A standard SiteOS build typically takes 7-10 business days after we receive accurate business details, access, photos, and approvals. Missing materials, custom requests, domain delays, or texting registration can extend that.
Fifteen minutes
We look at your calls and estimate requests together. No pitch deck. No pressure.
