Messaging Terms

These terms apply to text messages sent by 1BIG about your own inquiry. Client messaging programs operated through SiteOS require separate approved terms, consent language, registration, and configuration.

Program description

If you separately opt in, 1BIG may text you about a SiteOS fit request, requested demo, scheduling, service questions, onboarding, and related follow-up. Messages may be sent using automated technology but are tied to the request or relationship you initiated.

Consent

Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchasing any service. Do not provide a number you do not own or are not authorized to use.

Frequency and charges

Message frequency varies based on your request and conversation. Message and data rates may apply according to your wireless plan. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Opt out and help

Reply STOP to opt out. You may receive one final confirmation message. Reply START to re-enroll when supported. Reply HELP for help, or email demo@1big.com.

Supported delivery

Delivery depends on carrier availability, device compatibility, network conditions, registration status, and other factors outside 1BIG's control. Message delivery is not guaranteed.

Changes

1BIG may update these terms. Continuing to participate after an update means the revised terms apply to future messages, subject to applicable law.
