Website Terms

These website terms do not replace the order form or signed SiteOS service agreement. If they conflict, the signed agreement controls the paid service.

1. Informational website

This website explains the general SiteOS offer. Features, availability, launch timing, communication usage, third-party costs, and scope are subject to qualification, technical feasibility, registration requirements, and the signed agreement.

2. No guaranteed business outcome

1BIG does not guarantee leads, calls, appointments, reviews, rankings, AI citations, revenue, profit, customer lifetime value, or return on investment. A website and response system can support conversion and organization but cannot create demand or ensure that a prospect buys.

3. Pricing

The standard SiteOS offer displayed on this campaign is $297 per month with no setup fee. Metered phone, SMS, email, AI, domain, payment, and other third-party costs may be separate as stated in the order form or service agreement. Taxes may apply.

4. Standard scope

The plan is productized. It does not include unlimited revisions, a fully custom design process, advertising management, custom software, complex integrations, or advanced AI-agent duties unless added in a separate written scope.

5. Client responsibilities

• Provide accurate facts, access, approvals, photos, credentials, and lawful content
• Maintain ownership or authorization for domains, accounts, phone numbers, and supplied materials
• Respond to leads, quote accurately, and fulfill customer obligations
• Use communications lawfully and honor consent and opt-out requirements
• Avoid false claims, deceptive reviews, rating gates, unlawful lists, and prohibited content

6. Intellectual property

1BIG retains ownership of its platform, templates, workflows, methods, reusable components, documentation, and pre-existing materials. Client ownership and license rights in approved business content, domains, final website materials, and platform access are defined in the signed agreement.

7. Third-party services

SiteOS may depend on hosting, domain, CRM, phone, messaging, email, analytics, payment, search, and other providers. Their terms, policies, availability, pricing, and technical limits may apply and can change outside 1BIG's control.

8. Cancellation, suspension, and data access

Billing term, cancellation notice, nonpayment, suspension, export, domain, phone-number, and transition rules are stated in the signed order form or service agreement. The website does not promise "cancel anytime" unless that language appears in your agreement.

9. Acceptable use

You may not use the website or SiteOS to violate law, infringe rights, impersonate others, send unlawful or deceptive communications, manipulate reviews, distribute malware, interfere with systems, or access information without authorization.

10. Disclaimers and liability

To the extent permitted by law, the website is provided as available and without warranties not expressly stated in a signed agreement. Liability limits, indemnities, dispute procedures, and governing law for the paid service are set out in that agreement.
