Privacy Policy

This policy describes the SiteOS campaign website. A signed service agreement and any client-specific privacy notice may provide additional terms.

1. Who we are

1BIG operates 1big.com and the SiteOS contractor website and lead-response offer. Privacy questions can be sent to demo@1big.com.

2. Information you choose to provide

The fit-request form can collect your name, work email, phone number, business name, website or business-profile URL, industry, typical job-value range, demand sources, operating gaps, preferred timeline, and optional SMS consent.

On the current SiteOS campaign page, the form prepares a pre-filled email on your device. It does not silently submit the form to a SiteOS server. Your email provider and email application process the message when you choose to send it.

3. Website and analytics information

Hosting, security, and analytics providers may process standard technical information such as IP address, device and browser type, referring page, pages viewed, approximate location derived from IP, timestamps, and security events. We use this information to operate, protect, measure, and improve the website.

Providing a phone number does not by itself authorize marketing texts. When you separately check the SMS-consent box, 1BIG may send messages about your request, scheduling, and related follow-up. Consent is not a condition of purchase. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help. See the Messaging Terms.

6. Sharing and service providers

Information may be shared with providers that support hosting, security, email, scheduling, CRM, communications, analytics, payment, and professional services. Providers receive only the information reasonably needed for their role. We may also disclose information when required by law, to protect rights and safety, or in connection with a business transaction.

7. Retention and security

Information is retained for as long as reasonably needed for the purpose collected, legal obligations, dispute resolution, security, and agreement enforcement. No transmission or storage system is guaranteed to be completely secure.

8. Your choices

You may request access, correction, or deletion where applicable by emailing demo@1big.com. You may unsubscribe from email through the available link or by replying, and from text by replying STOP. Legal rights vary by location.

9. Children

The SiteOS offer is directed to businesses and is not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children through this site.

10. Changes

We may update this policy as the website, providers, or laws change. The effective date at the top identifies the current version.
